I'm looking for my Indoor/Outdoor Cat, and I'm running out of Ideas?

My Cat Sammy, has gone missing for almost 3 days now. I just started searching the nearby Forest(I haven't looked everywhere in the forest, but I'm gonna finish), asking people to contact me on his whereabouts, I even tried searching throughout the Neighbors' Backyards. I feel so sad. If it helps, a Orange Cat that tries to Hurt older male cats has been appearing in my backyard since Sammy went missing. That and a few Trailer Parks that are nearby own some Dogs. A German Shepard is also been around(but we seen Sammy get near the Dog before. The Dog just sniffed him and literally took of running with Sammy chasing him, I caught Sammy before he got too far). There's a nearby Junkyard that is a Haven for Cats and other Animals. They're closed and the Fences have Wires at the top of them. The fence stretches all the way to the forest(The fence stretches farther out into the forest, so no point in looking for an opening). The Junkyard opens tomorrow, so I'm gonna ask if I can take a look around. What could I do to find Him? I keep having negative thoughts run through my Head when I search for him.
