DRAMA!!!! please help me out girls!?

ok so i have a group of 6 friends one of the girls, ava has started to be mean and start a whole bunch of drama like getting mad at someone for no reason....and im gettin sick of it! so me and my other friends kinda wanna ditch her and we even tried telling her and that aint gonna work! oh and she was like a bi*ch to like my bff so thats not cool... anyways another girl in that group named sammy feels bad but still kinda wants to ditch her. whaat do i dooooo?! and dont give me that go talk to her crap!
