Can you tone sun in down?

Ok so about 3weeks ago I decided to spray sun in on my bangs. Im nicki manja black with dark brown hair. No were does it say people with brown hair cant use it. My hair took really fast to it and now my bangs are a golden dirty blond ashy color..is there any way I can possibly tone it down with in 1 month. And plz dont say cut it out because I just cut my bangs to about eye brow lenth
