In this era with so many people doping these days, there is certainly reason to suspect some use of a needle. But, Bautista could just as easily be hitting these bombs clean. Nowadays, with undetectable drugs like HGH so accessible, you never know if he could be using them. I say there is nothing wrong with suspecting PED use due to MLBs past, but always keep your mind open to other possibilities.
