How do I introduce my bird to a dog?

I think this depends on the dog's ability to take commands with distractions (the birds) around. If the dog is properly trained and submissive, he will listen to you, if not this could be a big problem. The only solution is a little risky, but see how he reacts with the birds in the cage first. If he is showing signs of too much interest or aggression, you know you will have to make arrangements. Maybe keep the birds in one room of the house and keep the dog out of that room. I know its not ideal to confine your birds to one room, but its better than them fleeing for their life constantly. Good Luck!
