Can anyone tell me this song that played at dELiA's?

Like a playlist of their songs or something. But the on song I heard there today (6/25/11) is one that sounded so like nicki minaj but I don't think there was really that much rapping. I think they say live it up a few times. Or something with an L. Its a female singer. :) sooooo~ please help. Thank you :D
